All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: $4.95 for shipping & handling
• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, DogVibes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
